"Yes, there are now pages of complaints on the eBay boards about the
Turbolister glitch, that has caused lots of people problems outside of the
shipping destinations option including having HTML templates stripped, images
lost etc, etc. There are literally hundreds if not thousands of sellers that
are experiencing the same problem out there and doubtless it's costing them
sales. The odd thing is that so far I haven't seen a single word from eBay on
the subject - and it's a problem that's at least a week old. What have they
told you Bruce about the problem? I'm sure I'm not the only MOPO member who is
a seller as well as a buyer who'd like to hear the excuses they have provided."

I am a Titanium PowerSeller (or maybe it is Plutonium), and that and a couple
of bucks gets me a cup of coffee. eBay treats me exactly like any other seller.
With problems like this, I am forced to go to "Live Help", where it is
debatable whether there is an actual human being on the other end, given how
rarely they actually even come close to replying to what you ask.

As far as I know, for right now, the official eBay line on this is that "they
are aware of the problem and are working on fixing it", and that is the last
anyone will hear about it, UNTIL around 12 hours before it is fixed, when they
will post a terse announcement on their "Systems Announcement Board" that a
"few" members have reported that they are having intermittent problems with
TurboLister", followed by another announcement a few hours later that "the
TurboLister problems have been resolved". Nothing else at all, even though this
major glitch and others like it are likely costing them millions (and untold
additional bad feeling).

You know those old movies where you are chasing someone in an car (or train)
who is in front of you and they keep throwing all kinds of refuse in your path
that means you have to keep swerving to avoid an accident? I feel like that
with eBay and PayPal! I almost wonder if they aren't intentionally screwing up
over and over. Could anyone accidentally have so many foul-ups? (Rich, this
would be a be a good time for a post pitching movieposterbid!).
