everyone.. it really gets to a simple issue about such items as these cards

1) the film never got anywhere near completion and was scrapped, and then MM died

2) studios were not in the habit of creating posters for films that weren't near final edits, much less films that would never be edited ........(okay, with the exception of American International which would create a poster to show the bankers so they could get the money to make the films that they were showing in the poster)

3) the hinky b.s. trash of the auction by itself .

4) and the b.s. answers to the leading questions...

5) and the subsequent withdrawal of the auctions tells us..

that is as unsophisticated a fraud as anything could possibly be.

but as I said on NSFGE..

the seller is such a fool.. they could have just made "fantasy cards" just like those #9 s-f cards and they would sell well, and for a fair price

but hey.. I don't really equate much brains to thieves most of the time..............
