Being a record and soundtrack enthusiast, I can remember no such posters similar to this one in records. It's possible that they are some kind of non-theatrical (16mm) distribution poster, including military. I would say Bruce is absolutely correct that these are not original year of issue material.

Something got jumbled here. I did not say these ARE military posters, merely that they are similar (in printing and paper stock) to military posters. Given that they are a different size, and do not have the notation that is at the bottom of every military poster (either "Litho in USA" or "Printed in USA") I would say they are most likely not military posters (although, since they were obviously done for classic films years after the fact, I guess it is possible).

I feel 100% certain that they are NOT from the original years of release. Given that they are folded twice and would fit easily into a record, the idea occurred to me that they might have been a giveaway stuck into classic soundtrack albums, but I have nothing to support that. I had not heard Rich's comment about these being made for library showings in the 1950s, but that certainly seems quite possible.

This is just one more item to add to the Antiques Roadshow "blooper reel" of mis-identified and wildly over-estimated items (there could be at least a 24 hour show of these gems!).
