a few commented about my one sheet DOUBLE INDEMNITY, which I described as: seam separation, but no missing pieces & vibrant colors. i have no objection to backing on linen for the protection of the paper's integrity WITHOUT touch-ups at the seams. BUT, if it is framed and not often handled, would any further damage occur? (i have seen so many posts saying that if it is going to be framed, no point in backing.) i have never had anything backed. i wouldn't know where to go. so, frankly, and maybe, fearfully, i am reluctant to send out my first poster to a stranger..... michael ps--- i even got a private email offering to buy it...............but, NO SALE!!!! (i, also, own the insert in excellent cond)
