sixties frequently) but now seems almost to have vanished off the face of
the earth. The film is "A Weekend with Lulu", starring Bob Monkhouse and Sid
James. It's a comedy made by Hammer in 1962; the "Lulu" of the title refers
to the name of an ice-cream van. The British Film Institute doesn't have a
print; the American Film Institute doesn't have a print (despite what it
says on its Web site); and the only print the AFI knows of is a copy-deposit
one in Washington that can only be viewed, not copied.
