Hi John,

thank you for this very helpful guide. I must admit, I have always been a bit insecure about the various Aussie posters on MAD MAX.

I have the mauve daybill, which I knew was from the first release. I also have the smaller glossy version with the NZ sticker, and I was never sure if this is a second printing or actually a rerelease.

What you say makes sense to me, so I have changed the information in my database on this, and with the next update it will correctly read R82.

I have also lowered the price due to this fact, so in case anybody wants this, I will sell for EUR 100.

As I said, I also have the original version, asking price here is EUR 275.

Best,

There has been some discussion on NSFGE as to the originality of various Australian Mad Max posters. I have done some research and compiled everything I have been able to find in a guide that will hopefully serve as a reference point on eBay. I know that Ed at LAMP has also put together some valuable information on his site.

Here is a link to the guide....

If you find it useful I would appreciate a "yes" vote and if you think there is anything I should add please let me know.

Regards
John
