I appreciate your ideas in the past to affordably display 3-sheets. One
idea was to shrink wrap the posters, but here in the Lexington, Kentucky
area I cannot find anyone who has a large enough shrink wrap machine. I
found someone in Nashville who said that she could encapsulate a poster
in Mylar without damaging the poster. I thought that this was a good
idea, or at least I hope so! My questions are:

1. Where can I purchase Mylar rolls large enough for a 41 x 81 3-sheet?
Please, specific names so I can order the roll via the mail.

2. What thickness should I order for a poster?

3. How can I explain to my local poster person how to actually
encapsulate the poster? He would not mind if I brought him the roll of
Mylar, but he would need to know how to seal the edges.

In the past, my local framer would simply use a type of protective
plexiglass over the acid free backing. This was fine, but more
expensive and the poster was heavier.

Thanks, Marc
