I do believe they have the new costs displayed in the USPS homepage, but no
calculator yet. There are quite some changes for international shipping.

Hi Folks and Mopos In The Know!
Been looking for an updated on-line postal rate calculator that includes
the new upped rates effective Monday.
It appears to me that the regular USPS site has not yet been updated.
Anybody have a source for this info so I can calculate USPS shipping costs
on the new schedule?
