Well, I think the reason for the concern is that there comes a time when the buyer makes a decision not to bother purchasing because the shipping costs are prohibitive. I have been slugged with some pretty hefty airmail charges recently and and this before the increases.
It is not uncommon for sellers to charge me up to US$40.00 and even more for recent purchases and it gets to a stage where you decide that it is not worth buying.
