Many bidders make their feedback private. It doesnt mean they are being
evasive or hiding something sinister. They just believe that any information
on what they are bidding on is personal and no one else's business but their
own and the sellers they deal with. I know of quite a few buyers who
purchase high end material who keep their feedback private and I dont see
anything wrong with it at all.

That's exactly why they have it.
Some bidders don't want you to see what they are bidding on, and really it
shouldn't matter as long as they pay promptly.
You can still see their percentage, just not any individual feedbacks.
