My father-in-law is from Turkey. He's been a US citizen for 60 years. He sends
money (about $5,000 every 3 months) to his nephew and family in Turkey. It's
been more difficult the last few years, with photo ID each time. He does it
through banks with about a $25 charge at each end.

He's pushing 80 and wants his children (my wife) to keep up the payments
after he's gone. I mentioned that paypal, or some similar service) might be
easier. Does anyone know if this is possible?

  Best service? Accompanying fees?

  Thanks,
