Although I find myself spending a lot of time communicating with friends
and customers and it's somewhat interrupting work, Communication is so
important. I also do get a lot of pleasure chatting about posters and
restoration.
End of the day, even just a small simple note of kindness or gratitude
can put a smile on a face.
