Probably be safer to avoid USPS which would mean it falling into the
hands of the Royal Mail at this end.
My experience of them lately has been extremely poor, with parcels left
on doorstep, (including one last week with Royal Mail sticker
indicating it needed to be signed for), or just taken back to sorting
office without leaving a card so I have any knowledge of attempted
delivery.
May just be a problem with staff local to me, though I doubt it.
