Well ...
You can always file a "seller non-performance" with
eBay, that will 'ding' the seller as part of the ebay
3 strikes thingy ...
and issue a neg to the seller ... which will
undoubtably result in a reciprocal neg ...
BTW ... I've received 3 negs on eBay, 2 were
reciprocal after I initiated negs on 2 different
sellers, both for seller non-performance; both sellers
have since obtained the lofty "no longer registered"
status.
