I still wonder how the other auction houses get away with using the primitive 
A/B/C grading system and the tiny photos of the items they are selling (not to 
mention things like photo fees for the consignors).
Heritage is literally running laps around these antiquated auctioneers by 
offering in-depth descriptions, large images, in person viewing, and real-time 
watching of the auction on the internet.
