MessageRight now is the best time to ask that price considering there
has not been one on ebay for 6 months. Also the movie is back in the theaters.
And Halloween and Christmas are around the corner if this was April I was not
be asking
3k I do understand timing.
I also have a best offer I expect to sell it 2200-2800 range.
But if you look at the guy who wrote me look at his feedback he buys lower
price posters and does not sell on ebay.
And he is telling me that I had this poster listed at 150.00 Tell me right now
if I had that price
I could not have it sold in a few minutes. I have never listed this poster.
I have sold posters for years . I know that if one person got 3200 for it
that does not mean ill get it.
But when the season is right for this poster you can sell it for a very nice
profit.
Also the 3200 poster that sold did not come from a major auction house it was
a. I sold it store.
I hope that clears up that I am not a New seller.
Also you should know that a 3500 price tag gets people looking and then I get
emails to haggle the price.
Also it can shut the door for some but that is the risk.
I really don't need to sell the poster but if I can make a profit I will sell
it.
When the last Star Wars movie came out I sold my action figure collection.
So for me it's a timing issue nothing more.
But regardless if I wanted a million dollars. That does not mean that I deserve
to be treated in a disrespectful
way. I always do my best to treat people kindly. And if I saw a person who was
selling something to high
I would send them a link to get a better idea of value not call them a crack
addict.
That is why I write ebay guides to help new users understand the hobby.

Not to justify this kind of rudeness, but I laughed heartily (and quickly
closed my browser) when I looked at the listing myself and saw the $3,500
price-tag (and I do know a lot about pricing)... Why don't any poster dealers
out there realize that just because a poster sold for X amount in a
well-publicized/attended private auction by a major auction house - that
doesn't mean that the same poster is worth X on eBay??? Even the much rarer
style lenticular isn't a $3,500 poster...

  Cheers,

  Bob

This guy won't quit here is his newest email.

I know a good deal about posters to know you have listed this piece of
shit a million times over and never succeeded in selling the damn thing even
when you actually listed it for $150.

      sell it for around 2400-3000...HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

I say again, get off the crack.

none of the listings you pointed out even exist, so try harder next time
when you are trying to justify your bullshit...jackass!!!

It is those type of people that drive me up the wall they buy newer
posters. If you
try to sell anything for more then 50 dollars then you must not know
posters.
And if this is one email I get I wonder what Dave Liberman must deal
with
on the prices in his store.
I do not think I have ever used such profane words in a email to a
buyer or seller.

A: Really shows what you know about posters. This poster sold for
3152 last year. The avg selling price of this poster is 2461. So im the one on
crack considering. I have been collecting and selling for 10 years there is a
reason for the best offer. I think i will sell it around 2400-3000. Also here
is a list of auctions for the last two years with the final selling price.
