As of this writing, with just hours to go, there are still lots of items in my
Part II Halloween auction that are "way low", including some of the best items!
Of course, most items will likely receive one or more additional bids, but
there are always a fair number of items that "slip between the cracks" and go
for next-to-nothing, and, with so many people being "Halloweened out", the
chances of that happening tonight are greater than ever!

I don't want to re-cap many specifics of what is in these special auctions, and
besides, you REALLY need to look at all of them for yourself! We were lucky
enough to get significant consignments from collectors who started collecting
in the 1960s, and they had a BUNCH of items that likely have not been offered
for sale since they first bought them some 40 or more years ago! Of special
note are the great items from "Mighty Joe Young (both the first release and
the 1953 re-release), a lot of GREAT Japanese rubbery monster movie posters
(including the standard B2 size, but also two-panels and ultra-rare B1's), an
amazing collection of NINE really cool "Spook Show" jumbo window cards
(including one for a special showing of Frankenstein, where the monster
appeared in person, in full-make-up!), and on and on! Even if you have no
thought of buying any of these items and would only be "window shopping", you
should go to our galleries and look ALL the items over, for it will be a LO!
NG time before you see many of these items again!

Remember that YOU can't get the great deals that happen week after week in our
auctions if you aren't bidding! AND YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE! If you place a
bunch of fairly low bids but only get one or two items, then you are sure to be
happy, for you will have gotten some really good deals. Even if you place a
bunch of bids and get nothing at all, you will only be out a little of your
time, and no more.

And remember that EVERY one of these items will have a new home come Thursday
night! NO waiting for a "bump to the reserve", but instead NO RESERVES AT ALL!
NO secret deals between the auction house and the consignors when they "buy
back" their own items, and NO bidding on items by the auction house (who
secretly owns many of the items they sell)! And after the sale, NO unpleasant
surprises, where you discover the image you saw (and bid on) was not of the
actual item, or was enhanced, and NO undisclosed restoration that the auction
house "missed", and NO "over-graded" items whatsoever! Isn't this a great time
for YOU to declare YOUR independence from auction houses that use such methods!
