maybe ebay has to cover the costs of their GREAT customer service??? i have noticed that wait times to speak with a LIVE CHAT rep has gone from 20+ minutes to 15/10 minutes with them juggling 6 callers at a times so a simple issue takes 30-45 mins..... (((but i have an 800 number now!!!) and, think how cordial they are when you are entitled to a credit??? and, 2 months ago i spent over an hour+++ with 2 different reps trying to get action when a French seller refused to sell me an item because i got it toooo cheap. i even gave them emails when he agreed to sell me the item if i agreed to buy other items not listed on ebay from this seller with a handful of feedbacks.... i even showed them that he re-listed it. that seller is still going strong ----- any action is dependent upon the PowerHouse sellers, and the consignment stores.............. you know that if an insert of CASABLANCA appears with a buy-it-now price of 500, i am buying it!!!! so, sellers control!!!! ----- (((((i have not read the CNN link--- what does it say? michael
