I love the grandmother too. The movie has me sobbing every time I watch it. The fact that they made this pact to meet and he stands there at the top of the building waiting for her and she never comes. He leaves so forlorn, and man no one does forlorn like Cary Grant. All the while he never knows she still does love him and was there but as she says at the end, "I was looking up". That's a killer line. I'm getting' teary just thinking of it!!
