Marty, I think your ForAuction notices are wonderful and lead me to look at
many of the listings I might not have done.
Just did it, as a matter of fact.

However, to save yourself so much time-consuming work, you might consider
using this format when you have a really special series of items-- like these
wonderful (and tempting) glass slides!!

Several minutes ago I posted a FOR AUCTION notice to MoPo. I would
appreciate any feedback about the post from collectors who actually look at and
use the notices.

I create individual titles, links, and current prices for many of the
listings. I do that because, as a collector, I prefer to scan down a single
post to see if there is anything of interest to me, rather than clicking on a
link to get to a list of items.

One user emailed me suggesting that it would be better to just use a single
link to all my listings, adding that it took too long for my notice to load on
his computer. When I open a similar email there is no wait time at all. The
email notices I create for MoPo, take me over an hour to create. (I am able to
use them for other email lists, and don't mind spending the time if users
prefer them).

So, as a user of my email notices, is it preferable to present many
individual links, or just a single link to all my listings? Or perhaps, a
notice with just fewer individual links?

Please email me directly, as opposed to posting to the entire MoPo list. I
really would appreciate any constructive feedback.
  Marty
