I am finally getting around to clearing out the remnants of my posters. Pretty
much all except a very few are in the horror/sci-fi/ with a smattering of crime
from the 40’s through the 50’s.
  I want to sell these as a lot. Main reason is I had hand surgery on my left
hand last year which is still healing and looking at hand surgery on my right
hand in a couple of months. Now this is not to raise money (I have excellent
health insurance) but basically it means my hands are not physically up to
packing several packages. I would love to just make one package and ship it.
They take up little space so if nothing happens here I can wait until my hands
are better and put them on ebay individually.

  Please, if you are not interested as a lot do not inquire about individual
pieces. Even typing this is difficult so bear with me.

  I am not in a rush to sell. This may take time to negotiate and to give me
time to make all the photos. But I wanted to put this out there now to see if
there was any genuine interest in such a mixed lot. Here we go:

  == American except Lobbies ===
  Jungle Captive – original USA 4-color 1-sheet – some tears but really
excellent condition. Perfect linen back candidate.

  Bowerey At Midnight (Lugosi) Astor re-release 4-color 1 sheet. This is the
identical 4-color 1-sheet as the Monogram original with the Astor logo
replacing the Monogram logo. Appears tp have been folded and unused through its
life. There are some fold tears. Again a perfect linen back candidate.

  Sherlock Holmes in Terror By Night – original USA Rathbone/Bruce Insert.
Paperbacked. There is defintiely restoration on this. If you hold it to the
light you can see where some of the edges were missing and reaplced by the
restorer. Also some color touch. However, the restoration was beautifully done
and it displays great.

  She-Wolf of London original USA 4-color half sheet. Low grade. Folds and tape
stains. Really needs some resto to remove the stains and clean it (rather
dirty). But the colors are rich and there is no fading. After resto would look
very nice.

  Curucu Beast of the Amazon - original USA 4-color insert. Excellent colors.
Has heavy folds but frames beautifully.

  Calling Dr. Death – that yellow background, rolled original Realart
re-release we all know and love(?).

  Gangbusters original 4-color USA release insert. Folded in excellent
condition.

  The Man Who Could Work Miracles 1947 Film Classics 4-color re-release half
sheet

  Ghost Goes Wild oringal release 4-color insert. Folded but overall nice.

  === Lobbies ===

Captive Wild Woman lobby showing a nice closeup of Caradine and Acquanetta.

  How to Make A Monster – original release - great scene showing wererwolf in
makeup chair.

  The Cosmic Man – dead body, cos man and cops.

  I was a teenage Frankenstein – the classic “dead card” showing the doctor and
two cops running down the stairs (leaves me breathless!)

  The Phantom From 10,000 Leagues – scene card with principal players

  It Came From beneath The Sea – one of the ultimate scenes showing the
tentacles pulling down either the Golden Gate Bridge or the Bay Bridge.
Registration is off on this one.

  The Giant Leeches – Semi dead bodies lying in the Leech Lair – Yvette Vickers
is there and looking – well – all Yvette Vickersish!

  4D Man – Great closeup of Lansing putting his hand through a piece of metal
or glass at a lab table.

  The Phantom Planet – great shopt of the principals including a painfully
prone Francis X. Bushman

  Sin Town with what appears to be the back of Brod Crawfords head. Think of
that!

  === French 1-sheets ===

  The Horror of Frankenstein (Les Horreurs de Frankenstein) – French release
4-color 1-sheet (those really big French 1-sheets) of the Hammer Horror film in
excellent condition. Appears to have been folded and never used. I got this in
Nice, France.

  Dracula Prince of Darkness (Dracula Prince des Tenebres) - French release
4-color 1-sheet (another of those really big French 1-sheets) of the Hammer
Horror film in excellent
  condition. Appears to have been folded and never used. I got this also in
Nice, France.

  === Pressbooks ===

  Realart pressbook 4-page for the Karloff/Lugosi Invisible Ray. Nothing cut
and excellent.
  Hunchback of Notre Dame Allied Artists with Gina Lollobrigida. Spine
separated but complete.

  House of Wax (Vincent Price). Some separation at the spine but complete.

  === Belgium Window Cards ===

  Indestructible Man (Lon Chaney) – Nice but upper white border cut off.

  Son of Frankenstein - linen backed. I got this one from Bruce Hershenson a
few years ago. Not much to say except very pretty.

  The Clutching Hand – we see this every now and then on ebay. A couple of
tears and curling but complete and excellent color. Printed on street map.

  Dark Alibi – this is a doozy. Charlie Chan Belgium window card. Very spooky
skeleton motif. May be from war years as it was printed on a street map. Got
this one from Dietz a long time ago.
