you are mistaken. No such rights are transferred
with the sale of the art unless they are expressly included in the sale
first of all the studio owns the rights to that image until the rights run out
then the Reynold Brown family owns the subsequent
rights if they request re-assignment of copyright
however, the poster itself I believe is in the
Public Domian and can be reprinted - ad nauseum - by anyone
