I think THE ROCKETEER US 1-sheet - advance or regular - is one of the most
beautiful posters of the double-sided era. Never seen the film. THE NIGHTMARE
BEFORE CHRISTMAS 1-sheet - not to mention the "art" lobby cards and photobustas
- is also beautiful. Never managed to sit through more than a minute or two of
the film, and didn't like those two minutes much. On the same theme, I love
the JAMES & THE GIANT PEACH "Gothic" style poster - but have no interest really
in watching the movie.

Come to think of it, there are a lot of great posters for Disney and other
animated films - IRON GIANT comes to mind, LITTLE MERMAID (I'm a particular fan
of the re-release style with Ariel reaching for the light), some of the posters
for HERCULES and HUNCHBACK - that I've never seen, and am not particularly
likely ever to sit through.

i have three main parts to my colection:

VAL LEWTON, seen them
HAMMER Aussie posters, seen a lot, but not all, like to see all, but they made
a LOT of films.

Hell Drivers: yes seen it, and love it.

i wouldnt keep a poster if I didnt like the film, UNLESS its a hammer, which is
an obsession, but I dont think theres been a hammer I at least didnt like.
