Bruce,

I think you should sneak a few DVDs into your auctions. You'll get angry buyers every week saying, "I thought I was buying a movie poster, not a movie." Then, you can calmly explain that you can not take returns on movies due to copyright concerns, and that they should have read the fine print before paying $500 for a "Jaws" DVD.

Sincerely,
rk

I guess I need to re-think my idea of adding movie poster magnets to my auctions (I was going to scatter them throughout, so it would look like the selection is really amazing every time).

I JUST WON 6 MAGNIFICENT CARY GRANT MAGNETS.......

just wanted to show that ebay has done nothing to eliminate the CHRONIC postings of magnets, tee shirts, reproductions, reproductions, reproductions, foreign, foreign foreign, mugs, pens, and other annoyances to the ORIGINAL MOVIE POSTER CATEGORIES.

>>>that Argentinian dealer, a member on MOPO is one of the biggest offenders.

an occasional foreign poster or ad or catalogue or book or something unusual and rare are fine....... but the CHRONIC offenders are annoying and make searches too long. i emphasize the word CHRONIC because i enjoy looking at that rare ad or rare foreign $1000 poster or unusual item such as a theatre-house antique
(because of the rarity). but it is the crap that has to go!!!!

i keep getting duped into pausing when i see that beautiful half sheet from SUNSET BOULEVARD only to realize the seller is listing a frame
