good response, michael.
freeman also referred to my appraisal / BP comments as "moronic" a
few days ago. there is nothing more childish and unprofessional than
to sling names and insults. hissy fits are certainly not becoming.
makes me wonder what kind of treatment an unhappy or dissatisfied
buyer gets from him.

i wonder why freeman attacked me nastily for saying that UNBACKED,
UNRESTORED get premium prices.
this was said by a few today and yesterday, who pointed out that
some of heritage's unrestored pieces fetched record, extraordinary
prices.
bruce made the same point a few months ago when he said people pay
more for unrestored items. most people would.
restored posters can forever hide a defect. unwitting buyers
cannot discern the defects that were corrected.
freeman is a dealer. buys many posters. restores many. DOES HE
NOT LIKE POSTINGS THAT SAY THAT RESTORED POSTERS MAY HAVE HAD MANY
UNDISCLOSED DEFECTS? did i hit a nerve?
i thought freeman was my friend. didn't think that he would attack
me for stating my opinion---an opinion shared by many, including
promient collectors/dealers.. if he disagreed, he should not have
attacked me.
i repeat: it is worth paying a premium for UNBACKED, UNRESTORED
POSTERS
