Imagine for a moment if Your Posters came alive in 3-d
and flowed into a story.... Kinda like Jumanji..
Now also consider the mind of the author and his Life's Journey..
Now ad his ability to weave textures of observations of years of
experiences and exploits all gathers and written down in a manner
that takes all the elements of art, Movies and pop Culture around
the 1940s and meshes them into a Time capsule of words...
I think of the treatment of " Christmas story " yet with the noir twist.
I have only read a few pages... and I don't like to read Books... I mostly
read technical books on Cinema or History...
This Book combines many elements as it appears to be a compilation of
a mans life gauzed with a professional storytellers
ability to create a script of connective structure
What's cool is this is written by someone with depth and lots of
true experiences that if even enhanced for readers, make it a clever
read.
It would take a span of 50 years to gather this much knowledge
1st hand to be able to understand the small nuances of life///
To be able to read a Book from such a eclectic based author is
really exciting and seems underground find treasure- Like..
I will tell more as I read on-
