9.99 shipping.? the tracking said?6 days after receipt by UPS.? on the other

3.? "FREE SHIPPING" LACKS STANDARDS.?? There is one?dealer i have purchased
from recently that adds $1.00 for insurance, although i doubt the package is
insured.? He says he is self-insured.? So...............give FREE SHIPPING?but
charge?self-insured insurance plus 9.00 for packaging and materials and gas to
the post office.? How about, FREE SHIPPING, but 9.00 processing?
