Channing didn't write that he was lowering shipping charges to an
amounts that appear fair. I believe he wrote that he was lowering them
to the point where virtually no one would complain. For some reason
buyers on Ebay simply do not accept the idea that packaging securely and
shipping with full insurance is extremely expensive. Not only do I not
make any money on the amounts I charge for shipping, I usually have to
pay out-of-pocket on the shipping costs. Yet and still there are
complaints and there are people who elect not provide extremely psitive
feedback because I charge what it actually costs. 
 
The refund policy Channing is undertaking (which I have always provided
simply because it's easier and keeps customers happy) is not at all
required. Some dealers only do refunds if an article is defective or a
listing is incorrect and a few dealers I've I dealt with don't even do
that. Granted I don't deal with the later more than once.

Please don't construe this in the wrong way but your email sounds
strange.  You just wrote that you are lowering your shipping charges to
a point where they appear fair and not too high.  You are also adding a
full money back return policy.  I know of dealers on ebay and others
such as Bruce H who have been doing this all along.  Your email sounds
as if you resent the change.  Have your shipping charges been too high?
Isn't this something you should have done all along?  Is there something
in your words that I am reading wrong?
