I have been getting that shipping "alert" message for quite some time now. I
have a fairly large inventory in my Ebay store and, while I charge shipping on
larger frames and singles, I do offer many "free shipping" specials on
multipacks. I can't afford to ship a large frame for free since the frame cost
themselves is already at wholesale. I already get some requests to lower the
shipping of $14.95 to send a box sized 29"x3"x43". It actually costs me almost
$30 to send that box from my location in California to the east cost, so I am
already absorbing a large part of that shipping cost. I have just ignored
those "alerts". I can't see how they can dictate what you charge for shipping
if you can show proof that it is actually the cost you are charging or more.

I do have a question, though. I have heard you all talking about auctions being
closed because you say you offer checks/money orders. Is that because you don't
also offer taking paypal as a payment form? When I do my listings, they give
me options to forms of payments and I included checks/money
orders/paypal/credit cards. Is this happening because you are actually typing
into your description that you take checks/money orders? I'm just trying to
see why they would close down store inventory auctions.

I'm curious to know why this is happening.
