Oh, I'd be happy to share my list of dead beats. Unfortunately many of the non-payers were "kicked off" Ebay and their user namers are no longer valid. However, these chronic offenders sign up again and again on Ebay under different names, so you wind up trying to block the same buyers with multiple Ebay names. You'd think that great McCain visionary Meg Whitman would have figured out that you can block people more effectively by tracking their IPS address. FRANC

I think since eBay is punishing us so severely we should respond by protecting ourselves by posting the buyers who are the worst offenders.
