[MOPO] Is eBay blocking my bidders?

I listed a few items in german eBay in the last days, as anything I 
sell they are available for buyers anywhere in the world.

Now, for my german auctions (german buyers, that is) I DO NOT accept Paypal.
When listing these items, eBay tells me that 'PAYPAL IS REQUESTED FOR 
BUYERS IN THE UK AND AUSTRALIA.'

Now what does this mean? Do they block bidders from the UK and Down 
Under from bidding on my auctions unless I enable Paypal?

If any UK or Australian member on the list would try and place a 
single bid, it would be very much appreciated. (Don't worry, I won't 
make you buy an item you don't want).

Any help would be appreciated.
