How can you ship an item from the USA to Europe or Australia with tracking?for
less than $9, or 10 or 12?? (Remember, without tracking proof of delivery,
paypal mandates refunds so you will need USPS Global Priority.? Also, strong
tubes weigh a lot more and costly.)

SELLERS WILL NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY!!!!!!?? &&&&& perhaps, use the slowest
methods to ship.
