we all agree that paypal will always side with a buyer if there is no proof of
delivery confirmation.? shipping with tracking internationally can cost over
45.00 for a poster............yet regular air mail is 10.00
do you believe that if the buyer merely sends money to seller without the ebay
item number as "other servies", that they could reverse a payment?
