Hello Good People in Mopo-land,
I have someone buying a rolled poster somewhat locally and it will be shipped
in a tube. Since it is close and he wants shipping as cheap as possible I was
wondering if rolled posters in tubes fall under media mail authorized. Thanks
for any info you have.....
