Thanks for the info.  Your media mail quote below actually makes me believe 
that what I am shipping can be sent media.  I think I might have not mentioned 
or mistated....  the rolled poster I am shipping is not a movie poster and is a 
promo poster put out by Warren Publications in the 1970s with an image of Dr 
Creepy.  It just shows the character made famous in their Creepy magazine and 
the only text is the copyright line in the bottom of the poster.  

My thanks to all of you for your notes on this and your 'always welcome' advice.
