hello Mopo folks-
went to see "flash of Genius" I liked it and at same time it was
like watching a documentry about patent infringement.
My son and I went together and we both thought that unless one has had
experiance in trademarks and patents this may not interest the general
public...
Unless you liked the film " Tucker" - which we did.. its in that same
vein , although Tucker had more style and better cinematography, and
overall better pictiure,-IMHO
Ironically Im dealing with Henry Ford Museum and the artist I rep just
painted a Model-T ford for the 100th anniversary of the T
Also my ex-wifes father was the Ship Captain of the Benson FORD and
the Dykstra - steel frieghters for Ford
and was there for 40 years The food on the ships was wonderful as they
had a chef that cooked for all the crew
So ive been up to the river Rouge Plant many times in Detroit. My ex
was from Allen Park , Michigan next to Dearborn, Mich...
I have been attempting to organize a unveiling of the painting with the
Ford family , Mark Fields,-ford pres. and the
Museum.
Henry Ford the 1st- sailed with My Father in Law on the ship many times
. he donated his Rocking chair to the maritime museumin Michigan .
My ex Met Henry Ford the 2nd.. many times at ship ceramonies.. The
Company has changed so much in last 20 years.
As with all Usa companies. Ford needs to return to quality... Ford sold
the steel divison to Japan in the late 80s and Junked the ships for scrap..
My exs dadas ship was put on a Island and made into a Home... the
Bridge part that is... strange but true.
