The first release British quads for the James Bond film Tomorrow Never Dies had to be recalled because the name was spelt "Tommorrow Never Dies" with 2 "m"s (I think I still have one somewhere). I also have lobby cards for Trigger Jnr that were printed in New Zealand starring Roy Rodgers instead of Rogers.
