I have run into a major problem with my "Time Payment" purchase of my Three
Stooges 1965 "orange" linenbacked French Grande poster.

I talked with Miguel at Benito International Movie Posters in Spain. He
kindly agreed to let me buy the 1965 One Panel "Grande" with time payments
from
"The Outlaws Is Coming" 47" x 63" on linen on the 9th. I knew that money order
payments offered zero buyer protection but assumed that paypal did. I used
the "buy it now" to buy the one panel. Then I did send a paypal payment of
$200.00 to Miguel. This was for a deposit. I assumed that by using the "buy it
now" option" I would be able to make payments in increments for a total of
about $700.00 for this French Grande including Fed Ex here to the States.
Then
after sending payment I read the fine print about paypal and it said they
would NOT offer buyers protection on deposits or increments BUT just the full
amount. So this was no better than a money order!!!

I did e-mail and ask Miguel to let me know when he picked up the $200.00
deposit. But there has been no communication from Benito International Movie
Posters. I had no idea that paypal had these types of increment rules. I did
know that money orders offered no buyers protection. Now I don't know what to
do
since both ways of payment offer no protection for me. I don't want to keep
sending money with zero assurances.

Please advise!!!

Sincerely,
