They reported on this in the NY Times in the Business section a day or two ago when Ebay's forecast for next quarter was announced. They also reported that the transactions on Ebay were severely down on account of the economy which accounted for the drop in revenue and hence the drop in the stock price. What they didn't report on is that Ebay began to decline even before the stock market melt down, partially on account of their new restriction policies and fees. FRANC
