I've been using similar language on ALL my correspondence with my buyers and
even when I leave feedback for months and so far Ebay has said nothing. In
fact, I was at that live eBay event in Chicago last summer and the presentors
there were encouraging us to use such language.
Not that such encouragement means its offical eBay policy. Policy is
apparently set by a large room of monkeys randomly hitting computer keys.
So far I've been able to raise all my ratings at least two or three
tenths of a point (enough to make it 4.8 instead of 4.6) WITHOUT having to
offer
free shipping.
