You guys are right. I was not thinking clear this morning because my little girl (who is teething) kept me up all night. When I started selling I learned the hard way that it is always best to ship products the best way possible. I had a customer that wanted the cheapest shipping rate possible for a lobby card set. I was not allowed to re-enforce the set in any way and had to ship it surface economy. I warned the buyer over and over but he insisted. Guess what happened a few weeks later. The buyer e-mails me that he received a folded and messed up lobby set. I immediately stopped using surface and/or economy shipping and started using light but very firm floor boards for lobby cards and (recycled) PVC tubes for posters. I never had any problems since.

You are the experienced pro. If done correctly it will be fine. otherwise make them email you a statement that you are not responsible if shipped rolled. As a business owner you can do everything correctly and still not please everyone. It's hard to accept but true. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Plan your next getaway with AOL Travel. Check out Today's Hot 5 Travel Deals!
