I'm being blackmailed....I bought a product, the company says everything
is included, yet the manual and power cord were not....They'll send it
right out they said...it took 10 days..I received the original box in 4.
Plugged the thing in and it's a no go. Several emails later they
finally answered, send it back for a full refund BUT...now here's the
blackmail part...if you want refund on shipping then you must leave 5
stars....what kind of B.S. is that....
