Last night I listed 978 Australian & German posters, and I had to go really fast in the listing of them, because I am right up to my deadline on the four parts of my mostly linenbacked December mini-major auction.
As I am certain you all know, it can be difficult at times to know for certain whether Australian & German posters are first release, or whether, if they are dated after the first release date, whether they are from a re-release or from a first later release (in other words, was that the first time the movie played in Australia & Germany). I know there are at least two of the greatest living experts on German posters and also two of the greatest living experts on Australian movies on MoPo, and then there are some of the longest term international dealers here as well, who surely know a great deal on these subjects. I ask all of the above to go to http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/14.html and look over the posters and let Phillip ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) know of any mistakes you find. You DON'T need to post them here (unless you want to show how unknowledgeable we are!), but the quicker you get any corrections to us, the quicker we can get the auctions fixed (now that we have no connection with eBay, we can quickly fix any mistakes we make on the auctions themselves, and as always, we e-mail everyone who bid on that item the correction as well). I would consider this a great personal favor, and would offer to return a favor in some way, except I would help any of you anyway, without your helping me! There are a lot of rarely seen items, so I think you will find it enjoyable looking through the items for corrections, and you don't have to go beyond the gallery, since the dates are on the gallery thumbnail images, so I would not think it would take a lot of time.
