I have not come across this problem in any of my listings. Perhaps, you
are listing this item in the wrong category and a ceiling is being set
by Ebay, but I'm not sure. FRANC

Subject: [MOPO] O/T Is Ebay now dictating SELLING PRICES?

I just came across this interesting situation trying to list through
Vendio, my listing service, a very popular pinball machine that's 15
years old, still in the original box and unused. I sold another one of
these seven years ago for about $15,000.00. I wanted to list this with
a BUY IT NOW price and when I went to list it, an ALERT BOX popped up,
saying that YOUR BUY IT NOW PRICE SHOULD BE NO GREATER THAN $4,000. and
now I'm being prevented for listing it at the price I want to list it
for.k

Is Ebay now dictating what something could be sold for? Has anyone else
come across this situation??

By the way, as you know from my poster listings, Ebay has not done this
to the poster category.

Thanks.
Todd
