Same here, folks...
I haven't been adding much to the posts lately, but I would like to say
how I have appreciated this forum... Only been a member for a couple of years,
as I'm not 'heavy' into movie posters (but have always enjoyed the hobby)
but this newbie takes it serious.
The only other message boards I am a member of are of my other two main
interests, a Grateful Dead and a monster magazine, but I must say the
"chatting" there doesn't quite "educate" me and "inform" me of the related
subjects
(such as the business end of collecting and / or collector's item condition
issues) like this group does... even with a few OTs here-and-there, I seem to
gain a "higher level" of social and political viewpoints on the overall world
of collecting... even when it doesn't necessarily center on movie posters.
Heck, it's even been a privilege to be a member of a group that seems to
always know of a celebrity death before anyone else... Would you believe that
this life-long monster mag collector heard of 4E Ackerman's death HERE AT
MOPO before anywhere else? That's saying something.
