That's it. I have a number of 3-sheets that I ended up with as parts of box lots. Most are not worth the effort of trying to find the missing panels. Dr. Strangelove and The Spider, on the other hand, it would be VERY much worth my while to complete.
In fact, there used to be a site devoted to matching up people with missing 3- and 6-sheet sections, but it seems to be long gone.
