when I was going to buy a beach house in Port clinton, ohio I told the
woman real estate agent
I thought I would ride my bike as I looked at the potential property...
she said " cool" and eyes widened..
Then as I pulled up in my rusty 89 areostar ford van and pulled my blue
mountain bike out.. she didnt seem as impressed- true story..
Be carefull how you say bike when speaking to others is my lesson.....
..di i mention the house i wanted was behind a fish restraunt and the
ventelators dumped in whose house...
Lucky i didnt buy that one.. instead I made the genius decision to buy
in Toledo - Home of Joe the plumber" and get a loan from Leyman
Bros.....who needs bernie Madeoff I have chaos management down to a
science here Folks..
For my next project I will sell Manhatten back to the Indians on land
