I can not agree with you more- re- Ebay. As far as movie posters are concerned, Ebay is now just a BUY IT NOW/FIXED PRICE site that should no longer call itself an AUCTION site. But with today's economy and downturn in the collectibles market, EBAY doesn't really work well either way -AUCTION or BUY IT NOW. An example, a few days ago I posted, after a long Ebay absence, 60+ posters with no reserves and low start bids (with no BUY IT NOW) and, now, nearing the end of the auctions, only a very few have bids. 18 months ago 90% of them would have at least opening bids. These are tough times in every sort of way and certainly not a good time to be selling memorabilia.
