Actually I don't think Manso tries for parole, only his followers. Did you all know that one of the women who participated in the grisly murders was given a complete pass for testifying against the others, and was given a new identity?
I remember one time Charles Manson didn't go to his parole hearing, but he sent a "Get Out of Jail Free" card from Monopoly to them!
