Very cool poster, as lurid perverted evil posters go. Basickly, as I understand it, they usually don't enforce the "no boobies" etc. rules unless someone complains about his or her tender sensibilities being offended, though they'd probably act on their own if you put up something flagrant. I seem to recall there's an "art" exception, but it may apply only to art of a certain age. Search eBay "Help" for "prohibited" to get details.
If somebody does complain, you'll likely have the piece taken down and get warned. You could then re-list it with the scandalous naughty evil perverse elements censored. (Maybe you could photoshop your own "PRIV" folders for the purpose.) If you've never been warned before, you probably aren't at risk for anything other than minor inconvenience. I believe that even your listing fees will be refunded. If you're a repeat offender, or planning to become one, you might risk suspension or even the eBay death penalty.
